Our test of Girl Fight, the ultra sexy fighting game

A few weeks ago I was telling you that the game Girl Fight was coming back in the spotlight. Now thanks to the people at Plan of attack we got the chance to test the game for you guys.

So Girl Fight is basically everything you like in fighting games such as Tekken  or DoA, but only with sexy girls.

Gameplay

To begin with I tried different combinations, controls and moves and the good news is that you will easily find your way around the commands.

Cross for foot attacks, Square for hands attacks, Triangle for wrestling holds and Circle for dodging. Then you can use R1 and L1 to use Special powers which will give you the possibility of regenerating, more protection or more powerful special moves.

Specials moves are all the same for all fighters, the only difference in combat would be when you try to catch your opponent using the Triangle button, those moves are different for every girl.

This is fairly good since we are all pretty much used to this type of gameplay, although since they have lighten up the controls in order to simplify the game, you will make your way around all the possible combinations quickly enough. Also you cannot use any elements of the decor in the fight...

Grade: 8.5/10

Graphics

The game is good looking, in this kind of cel-shading, the stages are in full 3D and some of them have some little animations, such in the arctic scenery where you can see a robot walking around. Textures look good and there is no graphic lag.

On this point I will give it a 7.5/10 , which is a good grade in my opinion since it is hard for this kind of game to use more powerful Graphic Engines such as Frosbite that will have a better results. The graphic engine used in Girl Fight is good and the quality of characters and scenery graphics speak for themselves.

The Story

So you can get used to the controls and the way the characters move, there is this little campaign mode called Arcade. The goal is simple, you will have to defeat all the characters of the game until you get to Chrome and defeat her to get you freedom back.

For those who are used to fighting games you can easily finish a tour in 30 minutes, by doing so you will unlock a new girl out of the 8 available.

Here is a list of the characters:

• Warchild, the military
• Chaos, the goth
• Viper, the ninja
• Wrench, the rebel
• Shogun, another ninja
• Daisy, la femme fatale
• Ghost
• Chrome, the bionic boss

Once you are done with the Arcade mode, or as soon as you get the game, this is up to you, you can start fighting online against the rest of the world and clearly the level is not the same, much more difficult.

You will also have the possibility to fight with a friend at home on the same screen. This is a very addictive game and if you like combat games you will love this one.

For its very very short campaign mode I give it a 6/10. But the multiplayer mode is really cool and I give it a 7/10 because there are many outfits available and this will allow you to customize your girl the way you want.

In a nutshell

Girl Fight could make its way on the Fighting games market, with its good look, and its good controls you can for sure make room for Girl Fight on your Hard Drive. 

After playing it for a few hours, I want to give Girl Fight a 7/10, because you will easily find your way around the controls and you will enjoy your time spent playing it with your friend online or in real life.
