Watch Dogs, PS3 and PS4 versions equals graphically-wise.

From today, all Watch Dogs videos come out of the PS4 version. But, today, Ubisoft, was talking about the "disrupt" engine, and what they said is that on current gen, they only need to reduce the number of people on the street.

“On current-gen systems we may need to cut down the number of people on the street a little, but it’s still the same game. You don’t get the same sense of the crowd, but it allows us to scale certain bits and keep the same experience.”

Players will have the same game on PS3, Xbox360 or PS4 and Xbox One, same game experience ? What do you think about this ?
